If you are booking services for a property you do not own, you represent that you have the property owner's authorization.

No work will begin and no charges will be applied without your explicit verbal or written confirmation of the final price. All listed prices are for labor only and exclude applicable taxes, travel fees (for locations 30+ miles from our operating base), and any required materials not already in our standard scope.
Prices are subject to change without notice. The confirmed price from your phone consultation is valid for 30 days from the date it was provided.
We are currently expanding our service area across the United States. Service availability will be confirmed during your initial phone consultation. We reserve the right to decline service requests outside our current operating area.
A travel fee may apply for service locations more than 30 miles from our nearest technician's base of operation. This fee, if applicable, will be disclosed before your appointment is confirmed.
Payment is due upon completion of the service. We accept payment by credit card, debit card, cash, and other methods communicated to you at the time of booking. We do not store your payment card information. For larger projects, a deposit may be required prior to scheduling — this will be communicated and agreed upon in advance.
All installations are backed by our 30-day workmanship guarantee. If you experience any issue directly attributable to our installation work within 30 days of the service date, contact us and we will return to correct it at no additional charge.

WellCamSystems reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or discontinue service to any customer for any lawful reason, including but not limited to: unsafe working conditions, abusive behavior toward our staff, or requests that would require us to violate applicable laws or codes.
All content on this Site — including text, images, logos, graphics, and design — is the property of WellCamSystems and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written permission.
Your use of our Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
We encourage you to contact us first to resolve any dispute. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, you and WellCamSystems agree to resolve it through binding individual arbitration rather than in court, except that either party may bring claims in small claims court. Arbitration shall be conducted under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA) Consumer Arbitration Rules. The arbitration will take place in the state where the service was performed, or via video/telephone if mutually agreed.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions, unless otherwise required by the laws of the state where service was performed.
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, acts of government, labor disputes, or internet or power outages.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes become effective when posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our Site or Services after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
